What Glow stores
Glow stores the Google account details used to sign in, including your email address, display name, profile image and Google account identifier. It also stores your routines, products, completion history, reminder preferences, timezone and, if enabled, a browser push subscription.
Why we use it
Your information is used only to operate Glow: signing you in, showing your routine, saving progress, sending reminders you enable and providing invite-only access. Glow does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Location and weather
If you choose to allow location access, Glow uses it only to request a local weather forecast. Your precise coordinates are not stored in Glow or included in analytics.
Analytics
With your permission, Glow uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page-level usage information. Analytics does not include routine names, product names, health information, email addresses, account identifiers, free-form text or precise location. You can decline analytics without affecting Glow.
Service providers and retention
Glow uses Google for sign-in, Railway for application hosting and database infrastructure, and the Bureau of Meteorology for weather data. We retain account and routine information while your account is active. Ask the Glow administrator to delete your account and associated information.
